Keegan and Eurica Kane Family

                                                      Keegan & Eurica Kane Family

Well this has been a crazy year, but I’ll keep this short and not compete with all my long winded siblings. The kids and I hesitantly moved back into Mom and Dads. Looking back it was probably the best thing we could have done. Living with them really brought the stability and love that we all needed at the time. We can’t thank Mom and Dad enough for all that they did for us. In the six months we were there we had a lot of fun together. From New Years with the Barton’s, Fourth of July with the Fonua’s, Easter, Birthday’s and the Reunion at Lagoon we had a blast. With Andi , Carol and all the girls, Me and my, kids Mom and Dad were regular parents again. It was crowded but nice to be around so many loved Then somewhere in April, thanks to Hallie I met Eurica. I knew the moment I met her that she was very special and that I couldn’t live without her. She really brings a calm and peace to me that I have never felt before. In a few months we were engaged and then Married on October 8, 2011 in the Idaho Falls Temple. What a crazy whirlwind, but I guess we do live in Idaho Falls where it’s not if the wind blows but how hard and it must have been blowing in my direction!
Eurica has two awesome boys. Braxton, almost 15 and Braydon who just turned 11. They are very well raised boys and I love them both. With my three rug rats we blended our families, and now we are almost the Brady bunch. It is amazing though how well they have all adjusted and they really do get along very good. Looking at pictures you probably wouldn’t even guess they are not biological brother and sisters. What a good Looking family!
All the Kids are very active and enjoy a lot of similar things. Koa is an aspiring college football player and had a great year at Hillcrest this year. He was Post Resister first team all-area and all-conference. He led all division in the state of Idaho with 155 tackles, 56 solo and 6.5 sacks. He is now playing Basketball and though he is undersized no one is going to push him around, and has had a very good year so far. Wish he would work as hard on his grades as he does at sports though!

Braxton is also loves football and was a starting linebacker at Hillcrest High School on the Freshman team. He had a great season only losing one game to Highland and was the undefeated conference champs. Brax also plays baseball, I only saw a couple of his games but I think he should definitely continue playing cause it comes very natural to him and he is a great catcher and hitter. Like Koa he is very smart but needs to work on those grades in school!

Mikly continues to dance, dance, dance and more dance. Still only an eighth grader but shines on the dance floor among all the older high school girls. Always dancing, singing or listening to music she has way to much energy. She is definitely not daddy’s little girl anymore and has grown into a beautiful young lady. She works very hard in school and is a social butterfly, but needs to slow down on the boy craziness!

Braydon is one funny kid, he has a great sense of humor and really makes me laugh! Matt you owe him 5 bucks, he’s been asking me all week if we’ll see you or not!  I don’t think I’ve ever seen a kid like to read on his own as much as he does. He plays basketball and baseball but his favorite is also football. Like his two brother he also played linebacker as well as a number of other positions. His team didn’t fare so well but he was one of the better players on the team so them moved him around on the field where he was the most needed. He is a very active and can’t wait till it’s warm to use his new long board he just got for his 11th birthday

Marissa is still the loving, hugging I love you youngest. She is becoming a great little dancer and works hard to be as good as her big sister. Marissa is also the star on her volleyball and basketball teams. She took a little break this season from basketball and her team has really missed her. Get back on the court girlJ Like Braydon she is a great student and gets straight A’s. She always has a lot going on, but there’s never enough not to have a sleepover with someone, anyone. It’s always a can I call Paige, or how about Cara, or maybe Avery, or what about ……………, cmon dad, please!

Well That’s Plenty from Me Love all of you and have a Greatttt Year!!!!!!!
